Professional Practice
I currently work as an AEM Specialist, Technical Architect / Lead Engineer at DEPT®,
where I work as a hands-on AEM Developer and Architect, designing, leading and implementing enterprise-scale AEM solutions.
My technical work spans AEM Sites, AEMaaCS, Sling Models, OSGi services, Java, HTL, Content Fragments, MSM, Dispatcher, CDN, workflows, and performance optimization, with experience across complex migrations and long-lived stable platforms.
Based in the Netherlands with EU citizenship, I partner with Europe-based teams through a Oneshore model — combining regional proximity with AEM expertise.
In complex programs, in-person collaboration during discovery, architecture, and critical delivery phases creates clarity, alignment, and momentum that distributed models often struggle to replicate.
I am also open to fully remote roles when the engagement and team are the right fit.
